Russia has imposed flight restrictions in the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug, over 1,800 km (1,118 miles) from Ukraine, due to drone threats. The region is also home to 40% of Russia’s crude production, and the threats suggest a shift in how Kyiv is hitting Moscow where it hurts.
