Nothing Phone (4b), Ear (3a) Now Available For Pre-Order In Malaysia

Nothing released the Phone (4b) and Ear (3a) back in July, but Malaysia received no details on their availability or pricing. The London-based company has now opened pre-orders for the two devices, with sales set to begin later in September. The devices are aimed at providing an affordable entry point to the Nothing ecosystem. It boasts a 6.77-inch 120Hz AMOLED display with a peak brightness of 2,000 nits. The handset includes dual stereo speakers and an IP64 rating. Under the hood, it houses a Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 chipset paired with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. The 5,200mAh battery supports 33W wired charging. Software-wise, it runs on Android 16 via Nothing OS 4.1, promising three major OS upgrades and six years of security patches.

On the imaging front, the phone sports a 50MP primary camera with OIS and EIS, complemented by an 8MP ultra-wide camera. A 16MP front-facing sensor caters to selfie enthusiasts. Its charging case features a new 3-LED matrix Status Light to display battery levels, charging status, and pairing progress.

The earbuds deliver deep bass and balanced audio through 12mm dynamic drivers, complemented by 45dB wideband ANC, Static Spatial Audio, and an 8-band EQ. The case offers up to 42 hours of listening time. Aside from audio features, the earbuds include built-in audio recording capabilities, allowing users to save short clips from media playback and record calls.
