Kaizer Chiefs youngster reveals secret instruction behind his spectacular free-kick

Young Kaizer Chiefs player Faiz Abrahams showcased his remarkable talent by scoring a decisive free-kick in his team's 3-2 victory against Siwelele, as revealed by teammate Wandile Duba. The 21-year-old made only his second appearance for the club and stepped onto the field to score the crucial goal in the 76th minute, when Chiefs led 2-1.

Duba instructed Abrahams not to cross the ball but to focus on scoring, and the young striker delivered by striking the ball with his right foot, sending it curling towards the far post. The ball struck the post before rebounding into the net via Siwelele's goalkeeper, Samukelo Xulu, to put Chiefs 3-1 ahead. Siwelele managed to score a late consolation goal, but Abrahams' goal was ultimately decisive as Chiefs held on for the victory.

The young player credited his hard work for his success, stating, "It felt great because I have been working very hard." Abrahams intends to use this moment as a platform to solidify his position at the club, promising to continue giving his all in training. His goal has boosted his confidence ahead of another important Betway Premiership match against Polokwane City on Saturday.

Abrahams trusts coach Fernando da Cruz to set a plan for the upcoming game, and the players will execute the instructions. The match is scheduled to start at 3pm at the old Peter Mokaba Stadium.
