IJM Land Xplosive campaign participants win luxury holidays

KUALA LUMPUR: IJM Land has announced the winners of its five-month Xplosive campaign, granting three lucky homebuyers luxurious holiday trips to London, Melbourne, and the Maldives. The first prize winners, Ng Chin Sun and Ng Yi Ling, were awarded a two-person holiday to London. The second prize was claimed by Phang Yi Khai and Lee Sze Hui, who secured a two-person getaway to Melbourne.

The third prize was won by Lau Jin Wei and Chiang Mee Kuan, who enjoyed a two-person vacation in the Maldives. In addition to their trips, all winners received first-class return flights as part of their prizes. The Xplosive campaign ran from October 2025 to March 2026 across 28 IJM Land developments located throughout Malaysia.

The campaign aimed to entice homebuyers with homeownership incentives, Xplosive rewards, financial benefits, and prizes for participating purchasers. IJM Land reported that the campaign successfully attracted buyer interest across its diverse portfolio of properties, from urban developments to established integrated townships. Some of the highlighted developments included The Light Waterfront Penang, Pantai Sentral Park, and Riana Dutamas, which catered to buyers seeking connectivity and modern city living near employment hubs and lifestyle amenities.

IJM Rimbayu and Seremban 2 also demonstrated strong performance, reflecting the appeal of mature townships with established infrastructure, comprehensive amenities, and environments suitable for multigenerational living. IJM Land's CEO, Datuk Tony Ling Thou Lung, emphasized that the campaign's response reinforced the company's customer-first approach and its commitment to understanding what homebuyers value.

He expressed gratitude for the participants' trust in IJM Land and congratulated the three winners, hoping their memorable travel experiences would create wonderful memories with their loved ones.
