IIT Delhi launches 7-month online programme for working executives

The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi has recently introduced a comprehensive seven-month online Executive Programme specifically designed for Chief of Staff officers. This Continuing Education Programme (CEP) targets working professionals seeking to enhance their strategic leadership and business execution abilities. Open to graduates from various fields, the course focuses on the evolving responsibilities of a Chief of Staff and the necessary skills to support senior leadership and achieve organizational goals.

Participants will delve into strategic thinking, executive leadership support, stakeholder management, decision-making, business transformation, and project execution. The program also incorporates technology-driven methods to help professionals handle complex business situations and manage their strategic and operational duties efficiently.

The online course features live classes, expert-led sessions, case studies, practical frameworks, assignments, and applied learning activities. These methods are tailored to provide participants with a deeper understanding of real-world workplace challenges and enable them to apply theoretical knowledge to practical business situations. Participants will also complete practical assignments and a capstone project, applying the concepts learned to actual business scenarios.

As part of the program, candidates have the option to participate in an optional campus immersion at IIT Delhi, where they can interact with faculty and peers, experiencing the institute's academic atmosphere. The program is coordinated by the teaching faculty of IIT Delhi, including Sanjay Dhir, a professor of strategic management in the department of management studies, and Sonali Jain, an associate professor of finance in the same department.
