IFCI shares fall 4% on reports of lower price band for NSE IPO

IFCI shares fell sharply on Wednesday after reports suggested NSE could price its IPO below earlier indications and reduce the stake offered. The proposed price band of Rs 1,700–1,785 values NSE at around Rs 4.4 lakh crore. IFCI’s indirect exposure to NSE through Stock Holding Corporation has put its shares under pressure.
