‘Doctor Who’ Actor Noel Clarke Charged With Sexual Assault, Voyeurism & Exposure

Actor Noel Clarke has been formally charged with multiple sexual offences, including sexual assault, voyeurism, and exposure. According to the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS), the accusations stem from incidents involving five women that allegedly took place between 2007 and 2016. The charges, brought by the Metropolitan Police, were authorised on Wednesday after a year-long investigation initiated in September 2025.

Clarke, 50, from Kensington, west London, faces two counts of sexual assault, three charges of voyeurism, and one charge of exposure. Despite the allegations, Clarke has not yet commented on the matter. The CPS stated that sufficient evidence exists to bring the case to court and that it serves the public interest to proceed. Clarke's legal representative will argue the charges before Westminster Magistrates’ Court on October 21 at 10:00 BST.

Detective Superintendent Mike Cagney, leading the investigation, emphasized the support provided to the women involved and urged any potential victims to reach out to the police, assuring that their information would be handled with utmost sensitivity. Clarke rose to prominence through his role as Mickey Smith in Doctor Who (2005-2010) and has since established himself as a successful actor, writer, producer, and director.
