Beverette, Duncan-Busby and Harris named CFL players of the week

Montreal's Tyrice Beverette, Saskatchewan's Dhel Duncan-Busby, and Trevor Harris were honored as the CFL players of the week on Wednesday. Harris, in Saskatchewan's 32-26 overtime victory over Winnipeg Blue Bombers, threw for 362 yards, including three passes of at least 30 yards. This achievement propelled him to 10th place in league history with 41,590 career passing yards.

Duncan-Busby, who caught 10 passes for a career-best 148 yards in the same game, including six in the fourth quarter and overtime, also played a crucial role. Beverette contributed significantly to Montreal's 37-30 win against the B.C. Lions by returning an interception 57 yards for a touchdown, along with six defensive tackles and one special-teams tackle.
