Amon-Ra St. Brown Has High Praise for Jahmyr Gibbs

Amon-Ra St. Brown, a Detroit Lions wide receiver, has praised his teammate Jahmyr Gibbs on Wednesday. The two have been teammates since the 2023 NFL season, when the Lions selected Gibbs 12th overall. St. Brown highlighted Gibbs' speed in a Good Morning Football video on NFL Network, saying that when Gibbs gets past St. Brown, he can let go of his defender and know that Gibbs will likely be gone.

St. Brown described Gibbs as "so dynamic," noting that he can excel both out of the backfield and in between the tackles, and can run routes, split wide, or run in the open field. The duo's play has been a significant reason behind the Lions’ offensive success in recent years. St. Brown expects Gibbs to be in the running for Offensive Player of the Year in the 2026 season, indicating that the Lions' offense is poised to be one of the best in the NFL again.
