UK sanctions push on illegal Israeli settlements widens growing diplomatic rift

Britain is set to impose sanctions on businesses and settlers involved in the construction of illegal Israeli settlements in the West Bank and East Jerusalem, according to Foreign Secretary Ed Miliband. The US ambassador to Israel, Mike Huckabee, has accused Britain of "Jew hate," escalating tensions between the two nations.
