Russian singer Larisa Dolina awarded large payout from defendants convicted in fraud case over her apartment

A Moscow district court has ordered four defendants convicted in a fraud case against singer Larisa Dolina’s apartment to pay more than 114 million rubles, according to the city’s courts press service. The court ordered Angela Tsyrulnikova and Andrei Osnova, a courier and money mule respectively, to compensate Dolina for her losses and pay additional state fees totaling over 335,000 rubles.

Dolina had initially sought damages worth 176 million rubles, but her claim was reduced to 114 million rubles after a separate claim was awarded 61 million rubles by another court. Initially, Dolina had filed suit against four defendants: Tsyrulnikova, Osnova, Dmitry Leontyev, and Artur Kamenetsky. However, Leontyev and Kamenetsky’s case was separated into its own case after Leontyev left for war in Ukraine and Kamenetsky was never notified of the hearing.

The case involves the fraudulent sale of Dolina’s Moscow apartment, where fraudsters convinced her to transfer her savings to “safe accounts” and sell the apartment for 112 million rubles. The fraudsters were sentenced to prison terms ranging from four to seven years, with Tsyrulnikova receiving seven years and three months. The defendants claimed they were unaware they were part of a fraud scheme.

After Dolina handed over the sale proceeds to the fraudsters, she sought to reclaim the apartment in court, but the Supreme Court ruled in December 2025 that the property belonged to another buyer.
