Mohammed bin Rashid invites Prime Minister of Kuwait to attend Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week 2027

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, has extended an invitation for Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, the Prime Minister of Kuwait, to participate in the upcoming Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week in 2027. This event is scheduled to take place from January 10th to 14th, 2027.

The invitation was conveyed during Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah's meeting with Dr. Matar Hamed Al Neyadi, the UAE Ambassador to Kuwait, who presented Sheikh Mohammed with a letter inviting Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah to the sustainability summit. This invitation underscores the strong and long-standing friendship between the UAE and Kuwait, as well as the extensive cooperation between the two nations in various sectors.

It also underscores the dedication of the leadership in both countries to further enhance bilateral relations, improve coordination in dealing with significant regional and global issues, and enhance frameworks for sharing knowledge and expertise. The Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week is a prominent forum for discussing sustainability issues, attracting heads of state and government, top decision-makers, subject matter experts, and business leaders to discuss challenges and opportunities related to energy, climate, and sustainable development.

The summit also serves as a platform to showcase solutions and initiatives that contribute to a more sustainable and prosperous future. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid has previously met with Ahmad Abdullah Al Ahmad Al Sabah during the World Governments Summit, and Sheikh Mohammed has also met with the Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and the President of Estonia, reaffirming the UAE's commitment to expanding global partnerships.
