France says it can't confirm new Putin territorial demands
While social media and some outlets have been circulating reports of an alleged "new U.S. peace plan" supposedly brought to Moscow by American negotiators, officials in Paris say they have no confirmation of either the document itself or any new territorial demands from Putin regarding Ukraine, news agency Ukrinform reported on Sept. 7, citing sources at the Élysée Palace.
