Deloitte Romania expands management team with three new directors

Deloitte Romania's leadership team has grown with the appointment of three new directors, effective from September 2026. Andrei Evi, who has over 15 years of experience in banking and finance across Romania and Austria, has been promoted to a financial advisory director role. Elena Barbu, with 12 years of experience in audit and assurance, takes on the role of Audit and Assurance director.

Dan-Alexandru Marin, with nearly 20 years of experience in information technology and cybersecurity, has been promoted to the cybersecurity team within the Consulting practice.

Evi, who has led risk and regulatory projects for financial institutions in Romania and central and eastern Europe, joins Deloitte Romania from his current position as a Financial Advisory director. Barbu, who joined Deloitte Romania in 2019, has led audit engagements for multinational and entrepreneurial companies in various sectors. Marin, with nearly two decades of experience in cybersecurity, has conducted assessments for several institutions at Deloitte Romania.
