Copilot Capital makes majority investment in Green Eagle Solutions

London-based private equity firm Main Capital Partners has made its first investment in the United Kingdom by acquiring a majority stake in Orgvue, a company headquartered in London that offers strategic workforce management software. The partnership with Orgvue's management team aims to propel the company into its next international growth phase.

Main plans to contribute to product development, expand Orgvue's global reach, increase its presence among enterprise customers, and explore selective acquisitions to enhance the platform's offerings.

Orgvue provides cloud-based software that enables large organizations to design, plan, and optimize their workforce structures. The company employs around 250 individuals across offices in North America, EMEA, and Asia-Pacific, serving nearly 200 enterprise customers worldwide. Notable clients include HM Government, Mars, Danone, and Aviva, as well as over 50 international consulting firms that utilize the platform for workforce transformation and organizational planning projects.

Main Capital Partners highlighted that Orgvue operates in a market experiencing structural growth due to large organizations facing complex workforce requirements and a growing need for continuous workforce planning and optimization. The firm's proprietary data model, cloud-native technology, and workforce management expertise position it for further expansion, according to Main.

Sjoerd Aarts, managing partner and head of Benelux and the UK at Main, emphasized that Orgvue has established a strong position in an international market driven by the increasing importance of continuous workforce planning. Main Capital Partners will collaborate with CEO Oliver Shaw and the management team to capitalize on this position through innovation, international expansion, and strategic mergers and acquisitions.
