CapitaLand Development begins handover of 2,375 Lumi Hanoi homes

CapitaLand Development (CLD) has commenced the transfer of 2,375 residences in Lumi Hanoi, marking a significant milestone for both the developer and homeowners. The project, a joint venture between CLD, Mitsubishi Estate and Far East Organization, spans 5.6 hectares and includes nine towers with 29 to 35 stories, accommodating nearly 4,000 residences.

These range from one- to three-bedroom apartments, duplexes, and penthouses, with standard apartments and duplexes fully finished, while penthouses remain as bare shells, offering buyers flexibility in design.

Lumi Hanoi, conceived under the "city of light" theme, features over 80 amenities, including 12 sports courts, three outdoor swimming pools, a nine-story parking facility, and an automated mechanical parking system. More than 75% of the site is dedicated to green spaces, such as hills, ecosystem ponds, biotope systems, and rainwater harvesting infrastructure. A central park offers a 200-meter elevated treetop promenade, connecting landscaped areas and facilities.

Upon completion of handovers, including future developments at The Fullton Edition and Orchard Hill, CLD anticipates delivering close to 3,000 homes in Vietnam in 2026. Preliminary EDGE certification, granted by the International Finance Corporation, underscores the project's commitment to efficiency and sustainability. Strategically located along Thang Long Highway with access to Ring Road 3.5, Lumi Hanoi connects to Hanoi's central business district and surrounding areas, including educational, healthcare, shopping, leisure, and business facilities.

The development is anticipated to further benefit from future metro expansion and community amenities slated for opening in 2027, including a green park, kindergarten, secondary school, and public bus connections. Homeowners can utilize CapitaOne, CLD's mobile app, for managing property details, payments, and updates post-handover.
