Archax adds US Digital Broker-Dealer, completing regulated coverage across UK, EU and US
Archax Group Ltd (“Archax”), the UK/EU regulated digital asset platform provider, today announced that its US subsidiary, Archax Markets LLC (“Archax Markets”), has received approval of its New Member Application from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), completing its registration as a US digital broker-dealer with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
