6 products we expect at Apples event

Apple's September 9 keynote is approaching, and the event promises to be a significant moment for the company, given it is the first major product launch under CEO John Ternus. While the hardware focus will primarily center on Apple's premium smartphones, including the iPhone Pro, Watch, and AirPods, other updates will likely be postponed to a later event.

iPhone 18 Pro: The upcoming Pro model is anticipated to showcase a revised Dynamic Island, a unifying back-glass design, and upgraded internals, such as the A20 Pro chip and a new cellular modem. Additionally, camera enhancements are expected to be a highlight of this iteration.

iPhone 18 Pro Max: Following the same pattern as the Pro model, Apple's largest iPhone is rumored to come equipped with a larger battery and a slightly heavier build. It is also likely to feature a variable-aperture camera system, which could potentially be reserved exclusively for this model.

iPhone Ultra (or iPhone Duo?): Apple's first foldable phone remains an enigma, with the event's name still up for debate. While "iPhone Ultra" has been the working title, recent leaks from case manufacturers have suggested "iPhone Duo" as a possible alternate. With a book-style foldable design, dual displays, Touch ID, and a premium price tag, this device is expected to cost between $2,000 and $2,500.

Apple Watch Series 12 & Ultra 4: The mainline smartwatch is anticipated to maintain its current design for this year, with minor changes likely postponed to a future redesign. However, new colors and band options, along with incremental health and fitness upgrades, are expected to be part of the Series 12 and Ultra 4 refresh.

AirPods 5 (maybe camera AirPods too): Finally, a new generation of AirPods is planned to be unveiled at the event. Rumors suggest that the camera-equipped AirPods might not make an appearance at the September 9 event, with Apple reportedly fast-tracking their release for October, possibly alongside the lineup of non-iPhone products.
