The RBL Charity Golf Day took place on September 3, 2026, at Altaona Golf Club. The club's assistance was appreciated, particularly in the Pro Shop and on the course, which was in excellent condition. Sponsors Chris Stock through Grupo Claire and Richard Monteith through Sans Peur Ltd were thanked for their generous support. The event featured two divisions, with 50 players competing in 13 teams.
Due to one player's absence and another's injury, 50 players were able to participate, forming 13 teams. The temperature was cool, in the low 30s with a gentle breeze. A separate Par 3 Challenge competition was held on hole 8, raising €250.00 for the AACC. Winners were awarded in each division, with prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in teams of four.
Additionally, a raffle was conducted on the day, with all prizes donated to the Poppy Appeal. The total amount raised for the Poppy Appeal was €595.00.
