Phu My Hung introduces $4M apartments in new development phase

Phu My Hung has unveiled $4 million apartments as part of a new development phase. The project comprises two 20-story towers, housing 49 residences ranging from 233 to 500 square meters, each commanding a price tag of over $3.84 million. The layout ensures one or two units per floor, offering breathtaking views of Crescent Lake and over 70,000 square meters of parkland.

The podium will not house shops, with the space reserved for residents instead. Amenities include reception lounges, a fine dining area, a business center, and wellness facilities. Security measures are robust, featuring multiple layers, a green barrier over two meters high, and setbacks from surrounding roads. Each residence boasts a private lobby and dedicated elevator.

The development will provide 118 parking spaces, accommodating the vehicles of high-end luxury SUVs with double spaces. The parking area is equipped with vehicle-location technology, a car care room, and a waiting area. The basement arrival lobby mirrors the standards of five and six-star hotels, aligning with Phu My Hung's aim to provide a luxury living experience.

Casa Luna, the development's focus, caters to senior executives and corporate leaders, offering a VIP reception area, an Executive Lounge, and a private banquet room for events. The property also provides access to an infinity pool using ozone water treatment, a gym, spa, salon, gardens, and a library. Nihon Housing Group from Japan has been appointed to manage the development, known for its property management expertise grounded in Japanese practices.

The project is part of Phu My Hung's "2.0" development phase, following over three decades of development that has added more than 60,000 residents to the urban area. The upcoming phase seeks to expand urban functions, aiming to attract 20 million annual visits. The developer plans to build Grade A+ offices, five-star hotels, an arts center, and an international hospital, while targeting global corporations to create more employment opportunities.

Residential land makes up just over 10% of the remaining land bank, with much of it reserved for luxury and ultra-luxury projects. Deputy General Director Truong Quoc Hung and other executives dedicated years to studying luxury residential projects globally, selecting premium stone suppliers and manufacturers. The design plans for Casa Luna's 49 residences have been finalized, and the developer has secured international consultants to support the project. Completion and handover are projected for 2028.
