National Center for Inspection and Monitoring receives over 11 million reports

The National Center for Inspection and Monitoring (NCIM) in Riyadh has processed over 11 million reports from citizens using its unified inspection and control platform. Established in 2024 by a Cabinet decree, the NCIM aims to streamline inspection and control activities across government agencies, promoting transparency and integrity.

Under the chairmanship of Minister of Municipalities and Housing Majid Al-Hogail and with Turki Al-Hogail as CEO, the Center comprises representatives from seven government bodies. Its mission includes reducing redundant inspection visits, boosting compliance, and enhancing the business environment in Saudi Arabia. The NCIM also strives to optimize inspection and control operations, aligning with Saudi Vision 2030's goals of improving efficiency, ensuring fair implementation, and elevating service quality.

The Center addresses challenges in the inspection and oversight system by focusing on six critical tasks: developing national policies and regulations, coordinating oversight across sectors, managing the unified national platform, qualifying and licensing private sector inspection companies, handling a centralized appeals platform, and improving transparency through performance tracking and targeted solutions.
