Crafts President: "That some people are again yearning for a strong hand is frightening"
ZDH President Jörg Dittrich sees the reason for the success of the AfD in Saxony-Anhalt with the Federal government in Berlin. They must now focus on economic policy.
German politician Herr Dittrich discusses the recent election results in Saxony-Anhalt, where the AfD achieved a significant victory. He believes the outcome is a reaction to federal politics, with voters expressing frustration over issues like economic stagnation, job losses, and inadequate investment. Dittrich urges politicians to address these concerns and implement changes, rather than simply continuing with business as usual.
He also warns that the AfD's success could lead to increased polarization and decreased societal acceptance of necessary immigration policies.
