Dubai Chambers to Train 14,000 Private Sector Companies in Agentic AI

Dubai Chambers has initiated a specialized Agentic AI training program for over 14,000 private sector companies, aiming to equip businesses with the necessary skills to integrate the technology into their operations. This training initiative is part of Dubai's broader strategy to transition the private sector towards Agentic AI, a plan spearheaded by H.H.

Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, and Minister of Defence of the UAE, as well as Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai.

Delivered through the Dubai Chambers Academy, an integrated e-learning platform, the training offers hands-on guidance on employing Agentic AI in business processes. Participants will delve into tools and solutions that can enhance operations, efficiency, productivity, and decision-making. The program also seeks to identify practical applications that can support business growth and innovation.

H.E. Eng. Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansoori, Chairman of Dubai Chambers, highlighted the transformative potential of Agentic AI, stating that it can assist in managing complex tasks, improving decision-making, boosting productivity, and unlocking new growth opportunities. The training tracks are designed to build a robust foundation in Agentic AI, help companies pinpoint relevant applications within their operations, and cultivate the skills needed to adapt to the technology's increasing role in the future of business.

This initiative is part of a larger strategy that includes supporting companies in the development and deployment of Agentic AI solutions, establishing incubators for Agentic AI companies, and facilitating knowledge-sharing and capacity-building. Dubai Chambers has also established an Executive Committee for Agentic AI to expedite private sector adoption, prepare the business community for global technological shifts, and solidify Dubai's status as a global hub for the digital economy and future industries.
