Amrapali Dubey, a Bhojpuri actress known for her role in Bhojpuri Bawaal, has recently joined the Bigg Boss 20 cast. The actress, one of the highest-paid from the Bhojpuri industry, expressed her admiration for Bigg Boss host Salman Khan. She noted that her love for the host propelled her decision to participate in the show. Amrapali revealed that she had previously been offered the show in seasons 14 and 15, but initially declined.

However, when she saw the show's concept for 20, she decided to give it a try. The actress believes her strong-willed personality will aid her in navigating the Bigg Boss house, as she has seen the show numerous times and is familiar with its rules. She anticipates that her participation will lead to personal growth, bringing about changes within her.

Earlier this year, Amrapali expressed her desire to adopt a daughter and remain unmarried, a stance that her family strongly disagreed with. She acknowledged that her announcement faced societal stigma, as it is uncommon for women to make such decisions. Despite the criticism, Amrapali remains committed to her decision, emphasizing that adopting a child would benefit both the child and her personally.
