The valuation of the company is steep, with no earnings to calculate a price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio. Instead, the price-to-sales ratio stands at 65, and the forward-looking P/E ratio is a staggering 194.

This lack of earnings and high valuation indicate a lack of margin of safety, making the company vulnerable to significant declines if it fails to meet expectations.

Additionally, more than a billion shares will be unlocked for sale in September and October, which could lead to a sharp drop in the stock price. Considering this information, it may be wise for potential investors to exercise caution and conduct thorough research before deciding to invest in SpaceX.
