Patriots RB TreVeyon Henderson in danger of missing Week 1

New England Patriots running back TreVeyon Henderson may miss the Week 1 game against the Seattle Seahawks, which is scheduled for Wednesday, September 9. Henderson has been sidelined since August 24 due to an ankle injury, casting doubt on his availability for the regular-season opener. Henderson had previously played in every regular-season game and playoff contest during his rookie season in 2025.

If Henderson is unable to start, running back Rhamondre Stevenson would likely take over the starting role.
