When Guillaume Nassif, a French citizen working in Abu Dhabi, relocated to Reem Island in 2023, he found himself in an unusual situation – moving into a three-bedroom apartment without viewing it first. The apartment, located in Parkside B Residence on Reem Island, features three bedrooms, a maid's room, and a spacious terrace, perfect for hosting gatherings and barbecues.

Nassif, who also has a maid's room, enjoys the privacy of being the only tenant on his floor and has been living in the apartment for more than three years. He chose this apartment after receiving a job offer in Abu Dhabi and deciding to move from Dubai, where long commutes were a pain. Nassif and his family loved the area because of its growth and development, as well as its amenities, including two swimming pools, a relaxation area, a barbecue zone, a gaming zone, and a large communal garden.

Nassif considers the apartment more than just a living space, describing it as an "ecosystem" where he enjoys running along the canal and beach. The family's children and friends have made the apartment feel like a home, and Nassif is considering buying another home in the area in the near future.
