Kaizer Chiefs stay unbeaten as Vilakazi, Duba inspire Siwelele win

Kaizer Chiefs secured a 3-2 win over Siwelele FC at Dobsonville Stadium on Sunday, maintaining their unbeaten start to the Betway Premiership season. The victory keeps the champions firmly among the leaders with three wins and two draws in their first five matches. Mfundo Vilakazi opened the scoring in the 30th minute, capitalizing on a high defensive line exposed by Lebohang Maboe's accurate pass.

Siwelele equalized three minutes later through Aphiwe Baliti's deflected shot. Wandile Duba came off the bench and scored twice, first with a backheel to the goalkeeper in the 65th minute, and then netting an own goal in the 77th minute, both goals coming from Mduduzi Shabalala's cross. The visitors found a third goal in stoppage time, but Siwelele still could not prevent Chiefs from preserving their unbeaten record.

They face Polokwane City next Saturday, while Siwelele will travel to face Mamelodi Sundowns the following week.
