IPO Rush Intensifies With 11 Issues Next Week, Companies Target Rs 7,055 Crore Fundraise

Mumbai: A flurry of initial public offerings (IPOs) is set to unfold next week, with 11 major companies aiming to raise a combined Rs 7,055 crore through their debut stock listings. The IPO pipeline encompasses a diverse array of sectors, including real estate, engineering, chemicals, financial services, and manufacturing. Fresh issues will account for Rs 2,722 crore, or 39% of the total fundraising, with the remaining Rs 4,333 crore, or 61%, coming from offers made by existing shareholders.

These companies intend to utilize the proceeds raised from the IPOs for various purposes such as expansion, capital expenditure, debt repayment, and enhancing working capital. Rajkumar Rathi, Chief Investment Officer at YES Securities, highlighted that this IPO rush reflects companies' eagerness to secure growth capital as liquidity in the primary market continues to be abundant.

Pranav Constructions will be the first to launch its IPO on September 7, targeting an issue size of over Rs 351 crore and a price band of Rs 118 to Rs 124 per share. Kanohar Electricals, Prasol Chemicals, and Glass Wall Systems India are scheduled to announce their IPOs on September 8, with the latter two companies planning to raise Rs 1,056 crore and Rs 500 crore, respectively.

On September 9, Rentomojo, Karamtara Engineering, Manipal Payment and Identity Solutions, and Arcil have announced their IPOs, with Rentomojo leading the pack at Rs 1,256 crore. LCC Projects and Steamhouse India will follow suit on the same day, seeking Rs 427 crore and Rs 414 crore, respectively. Furthermore, Veegaland Developers, set to launch its IPO on September 10, aims to raise Rs 210 crore.

The influx of IPOs is expected to propel the total number of companies entering the Indian IPO market in 2026 to 75, a significant increase from the 23 issues announced in August alone.
