Costa choir Love to Sing wants new voices as Manilva movie-night concert launches autumn season

Love to Sing International Community Choir is back after its summer hiatus, eager to hit the stage for popular concerts while supporting local charities. Weekly practices resume on September 9th at 7pm in Sabinillas, with open arms for passionate singers eager to commit to regular sessions. The choir's annual fundraiser concert, titled "The Good, the Bad, and the Amusing," will take place on October 2nd at the CIVIMA Theatre in Manilva.

Doors open at 7pm, and the show kicks off at 7.30pm. Attendees can look forward to a night filled with famous movie and musical tunes, divided into "The Good" and "The Amusing & Bad" sections. Tickets priced at €10 will directly benefit the Children's Christmas Appeal run by the Duquesa Charitable Society of St George, providing Christmas packages for local children in need.

Love to Sing and its audience have already raised thousands of euros for this cause over the past eight years, and organizers hope for a similarly generous turnout this year. As the autumn season progresses, Love to Sing will perform at the Mirador del Carmen Auditorium in Estepona and various events in Sotogrande and Manilva. Additionally, the choir will participate in a Remembrance Day event in Sabinillas and the popular Under the Arches Christmas Eve carols at Duquesa Port in November. All these events contribute to raising funds for local charities and deserving projects.
