세종대 대학일자리플러스센터, 실무형 ‘AI 레벨업 특강’ 운영

Seoul Science University's College Career Plus Center will host an "AI Level-Up Workshop" from September 7 to 9, aiming to enhance the practical AI skills and employability of graduates and young adults in the region. The workshop, themed "AI Workers 3-in-1: From User to Creator," consists of three face-to-face practical training sessions.

The goal of the training is to help participants not only use generative AI but also process real work tasks, verify outputs, and build efficient work environments. The curriculum covers problem definition, AI output review, environment management, uncertainty management, and result value creation. Each stage of the AI usage process is linked through step-by-step practice and connections.

During the first session, participants will learn how to classify and judge tasks using AI after feeding original data into the AI system. They will then practice completing actual deliverables for their interest fields based on this task. The second session focuses on verifying the outputs created by AI, teaching participants to identify factual errors, rule violations, and missing information in AI-generated results.

This includes applying these skills to resume writing and interview preparation to develop the ability to review and judge AI outputs independently.

The third workshop centers on building individual AI work environments to automate repetitive tasks. Participants will construct a work environment with guidelines, rules, and example data that they will use repeatedly. They will compare their work performance and modification counts before and after the workshop to directly experience the effects of AI.

Participants will compile an AI usage portfolio as a final product, which they can attach to their resumes and use in interviews as part of the actual job application process. Each workshop can be taken independently, and participating in all three will allow participants to build upon their previous work. Center officials explained that modern job requirements for AI skills have evolved beyond mere tool usage to include structuring work and verifying results to link to actual performance.

They emphasized that the center plans to continue providing hands-on AI education to support participants in applying their results in the job application process.
