List of Republicans Not Attending Trump’s Midterm Convention

The convention is expected to bring about 20,000 people to the American Airlines Center, costing Dallas more than $2 million in public-safety and logistical expenses. The Republican National Committee (RNC) describes the event as a celebration of Trump’s accomplishments and a rally to rally the party behind a shared vision, but it prohibits resolutions, elections, or other official business. The White House and RNC were contacted for comment on the absences, but no comment was provided.
