Gemini Spark Can Now Control Your Google Photos

Google is enhancing the Gemini Spark AI agent with new capabilities for managing Google Photos. According to Shimrit Ben-Yair, Google Photos lead, these features will be rolled out to eligible Gemini AI Pro and Ultra subscribers in the United States using English over the next few weeks. Gemini Spark can now edit images, curate photo albums, create shared albums, and identify information within images for other tasks.

For example, users can ask Spark to turn details from a concert flyer photo into a calendar event. The integration aims to automate repetitive photo management tasks.
