Gabriel Martinelli made his debut for Al-Hilal in a Riyadh derby against Al-Shabab, coming on as a substitute in the second half of the 2-0 victory. The former Arsenal striker had completed his transfer from Arsenal just 24 hours prior to the match, which took place at the SHG Arena. Martinelli replaced Sultan Mandash in the 68th minute, contributing three successful passes and one blocked shot during his time on the field.
