Ex-wrestler, 2 children die after jumping from fort; kin alleges dowry harassment
Former national wrestler Ashwini Pol and two children died after a tragic fall from Naldurg fort. Her remaining daughter survived the incident and is receiving hospital care. Police registered a case against her husband and in-laws for dowry harassment. Ashwini faced mental torture and pressure for gold bangles and money. She was a decorated wrestler with multiple state and national medals.
