Dominican Republic’s Joheirry Mola Dominguez is Miss World 2026

Joheirry Mola Dominguez of the Dominican Republic has been crowned the winner of the 73rd Miss World 2026 pageant, defeating Spain's Elisabeth Reynés and Malaysia's Taanusiya Chetty. She was honored by her predecessor, Opal Suchata Chuangsri from Thailand, who won the previous year's Miss World edition. The Miss World organization describes Joheirry as a dedicated educator, community advocate, and communicator.

She holds a degree in Business Management and Administration from Universidad Iberoamericana. As the founder and president of Voices of Tomorrow, Joheirry works to expand English education for children and youth in vulnerable communities. She also teaches Literature and Social Studies in English, encouraging critical thinking and holistic development.

Joheirry serves as a correspondent for Univision New York’s Ventana a Quisqueya, promoting Dominican culture and social issues. She is a Goya Gives Ambassador and professional model, driven by human connection and empathy. Her personal motto is, "The greatest gift you can offer is the opportunity that you once needed yourself in order to grow, move forward, and transform your life."
