Anker AeroClip 2 Launches With AI Calls and Apple Translation

Anker has launched the AeroClip 2, an open-ear clip earbud designed with enhanced comfort, superior call quality, and seamless integration with Apple devices. The earbuds feature a redesigned silicone bridge, boasting 35% more comfort than the previous model. Weighing in at approximately 53.2 grams, the AeroClip 2 is available in four colors: Hot Red, Moonlight White, Sunny Blue, and Obsidian Black.

The earbuds use a 12mm dual-magnetic-circuit driver with an open acoustic design, and support audio codecs such as LDAC, AAC, and SBC. Bluetooth 6.0 connectivity allows for dual-point support, enabling the earbuds to maintain connection to two devices simultaneously. At the heart of the AeroClip 2 is Anker's Thus AI chip, which provides 150 times the computing power of its predecessor.

Using six microphones and sensors, the earbuds are designed to deliver crystal-clear calls, even in noisy environments. The AeroClip 2 offers up to 8 hours of listening time on a single charge, while the charging case extends total battery life to 32 hours. Offering a quick 10-minute charge, users can enjoy roughly four hours of playback.

The charging case is compatible with both USB-C and wireless charging methods. As an MFi-certified product, the AeroClip 2 offers enhanced functionality when paired with Apple devices. When connected to an iPhone, users can take advantage of real-time translation and Siri functionality, while also experiencing reliable device switching between iPhone, iPad, and Mac.

Priced at CNY 1,199 (approximately $170) in China, with a limited-time introductory price of CNY 999, the AeroClip 2 is set to launch internationally around September 22. Anker plans to introduce a higher-end AeroClip 2 Pro later, which will include on-device recording and AI note-taking capabilities.
