Bayern Munich head coach Vincent Kompany is ready to face off against Schalke 04 in the upcoming Bundesliga match. The team secured a 4-1 victory over VfL Osnabrück in the DFB-Pokal earlier this week, which has fueled Kompany's eagerness to get back on the pitch. Kompany expressed his familiarity with the Gelsenkirchen arena, where Bayern will take on Schalke.
Despite being favored for the match, Kompany emphasized that a winning performance against Osnabrück and Stuttgart does not guarantee success against the anticipated Schalke. The German football team is eager to start afresh in the return game after a three-year hiatus.
