This is an attempt to break the Minority caucus – Patricia Appiagyei on alleged GH¢70k payment

The Deputy Minority Leader, Patricia Appiagyei, has dismissed a purported memorandum alleging a GH¢70,000 payment as an attempt to fracture the Minority caucus. She denied authoring the document, stating it is an attempt to undermine the unity of the caucus and its leadership. When asked about potential suspects, Madam Appiagyei expressed uncertainty, saying anyone could have fabricated the document.

She firmly maintained that she neither wrote, authorized, nor circulated any document related to the alleged payment and viewed it as a fabricated attempt to break the caucus. Investigations are underway to determine the source of the memorandum, though the Deputy Minority Leader acknowledged she cannot pinpoint the origin of its creation.
