Protesters interrupt Nigel Farage's conference speech

Nigel Farage, leader of the Reform UK party, delivered his keynote speech at the party's conference in Birmingham when protesters disrupted him multiple times. Two women, carrying a banner that read "Reform works for billionaires," were among the protesters. The audience reacted with boos and shouts of "out," while one woman was carried away by security.

Farage remarked, "We’ve got a screamer. Oh dear," while addressing the disarray. He later joked about the issue, suggesting ticket prices might rise to discourage such behavior. Activist group Climate Resistance claimed responsibility for the disruption, alleging that Reform UK is funded by billionaires linked to the fossil fuel and extractive industries.

They demanded transparency about the party's financial backers and criticized Reform UK's agenda, accusing it of prioritizing the interests of the wealthy over the concerns of ordinary citizens.
