Ping An Digital Bank Launches Purchase Order Financing Tailored for Cross-Border E-Commerce Businesses

Ping An Digital Bank (International) Limited, Hong Kong's first digital bank for SMEs, has introduced a Purchase Order Financing product tailored for cross-border e-commerce businesses. This innovative financing solution is the first of its kind in Hong Kong and sets the bank apart from traditional institutions. By leveraging real-time sales data from cross-border buyers, Ping An Digital Bank has created a credit assessment process that bypasses the need for traditional collateral or financial statements.

This enables eligible businesses to obtain financing of up to 95% of their accounts receivable, with a maximum coverage of USD 5 million and a repayment period of up to 120 days. With an approval and drawdown process completed in as little as T+1 business day, the product is designed to address the urgent cash flow needs of cross-border e-commerce merchants.
