Palms, neon, and Vice City vibes: How to preorder the limited-edition GTA 6 PS5 controllers

Sony has officially introduced two limited-edition DualSense controllers specifically designed for Grand Theft Auto VI. These controllers feature Vice City-inspired designs and are priced at $84.99, with a release date set for November 19, coinciding with the game's launch. The controllers showcase a Vice City-inspired aesthetic, with both the black and white editions featuring shimmering, color-shifting finishes in sunset hues and neon blues.

They also include custom palm tree details molded directly into the plastic and official GTA VI branding. The white model draws inspiration from the beaches, pastel skies, and sunny day-glamor of Vice City, while the black edition captures the city's nightlife, adorned with the same Florida-style palm trees seen in a more classic PlayStation black.

Pre-orders for these controllers can currently be placed exclusively through PlayStation Direct, beginning on September 10 at 7 a.m. PT/10 a.m. ET. Eligible orders through PlayStation will also receive free launch-day delivery, with limited quantities available. Despite their unique appearances, these controllers retain the standard DualSense features, including haptic feedback and adaptive triggers, providing an enhanced gameplay experience without any added functionalities beyond the stylish aesthetics.
