Nigel Farage’s party suspends top officials after undercover sting makes foreign funding claims

Reform UK, led by Nigel Farage, has suspended two top officials following an undercover sting that allegedly revealed plans to accept foreign funding. The party announced that adviser Dan Jukes and policy chief James Orr have stepped down pending an internal investigation. Channel 4 broadcast footage of Jukes discussing a plan to funnel a £500,000 ($675,000) donation from a U.S. financier through his UK-based son, while Orr appeared to suggest seeking U.S. donor support for opinion polls through the undercover reporter.

Electoral law in the UK prohibits parties from accepting donations from non-British voters or UK-registered businesses. Farage denied any wrongdoing, accusing the journalists of "entrapment" by climate activists.
