Ghana will be present at Prof Arday’s funeral to pay our respects – Ablakwa

Foreign Affairs Minister Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa announced that Ghana will attend the funeral of the late Professor Jason Atta Kwei Arday. The government will pay their respects to the distinguished academic, who was born in Britain to Ghanaian parents and became the University of Cambridge's youngest Black professor. Ablakwa conveyed condolences to Professor Arday's mother, Mrs. Gifty Arday, and President John Mahama also extended his sympathy, signing a letter of condolence that will be delivered by Ghana's High Commissioner in the United Kingdom.

The minister emphasized that Ghana will be present at the funeral to honor the late professor, acknowledging his significant impact on Ghanaians both in the country and abroad.
