This significant upgrade stems from the Kodee agent's impressive ability to resolve 91% of 1.5 million support conversations each month, a feat that led to its promotion.

However, if it encounters a problem it cannot solve, it will transfer the case to human specialists. Despite this new role, Hostinger Agent retains its core objective of providing accurate solutions while keeping human intervention to a minimum.

The AI fragmentation problem stems from the multitude of bots and tools small businesses use, such as SEO tools, writing copilots, and analytics agents.
