In an effort to reinforce its stance against discrimination, Brentford has reminded fans that all forms of intolerance, such as racist, sexist, misogynistic, homophobic, transphobic, ableist, and faith-based abuse, are strictly prohibited. This encompasses discriminatory chanting, songs, language, or gestures directed at individuals, teams, clubs, or broader groups.

Recent amendments to the Public Order Act have introduced a more stringent offense under the Public Order Act 1986, which criminalizes sex-based harassment in public. The new legislation allows courts to impose harsher penalties, with a maximum sentence of two years' imprisonment. While not all instances of unacceptable behavior may constitute a criminal act, Brentford believes it is crucial for supporters to understand the relevant laws and the expectations for conduct at the Gtech.

The club encourages anyone who witnesses or experiences misogynistic chanting or any other sex-based harassment to report the incident. Supporters can report concerns directly to stewards during the match or use the "Report an Incident" feature on the Brentford FC official app. Additionally, reports can be submitted via WhatsApp or emailed to report@brentfordfc.com. Swift reporting facilitates immediate action, but the organization also encourages supporters to submit reports afterward via email.
