Wonderful secures $550m to scale enterprise AI platform

Enterprise AI firm Wonderful has secured $550 million in Series C funding, bringing its valuation to $5 billion. The investment round, led by Insight Partners and Salesforce, follows a $150 million Series B round in March 2026. Wonderful's AI operating system (AI OS) aims to become the foundation of every enterprise, supporting automation, application development, and workflow coordination.

The company has expanded into over 35 markets, reached 650 employees, and developed a full operating system. Customers use Wonderful's platform to automate workflows, build AI-native applications, and coordinate agents across their organizations. The AI OS is open and model-agnostic, compatible with existing technology stacks. Wonderful's product suite includes managed workflows, productivity agents, AI-native applications, and conversational agents.

The funding will accelerate product development, expand global deployment teams, and increase enterprise adoption. CEO Bar Winkler emphasized the importance of a shared AI foundation to prevent the sprawl of traditional SaaS.
