White House website debuts 5 low-res arcade video games that promote Trump’s agenda

The White House has unveiled a website featuring classic arcade games with a MAGA twist, aimed at deporting undocumented migrants and building a border wall. Rights groups have quickly criticized the release of these online games, which coincide with the Trump administration's intensified mass arrest and deportation program for undocumented migrants.

One game, called Rio Run, is an updated version of the Snake game, featuring a digital version of US border czar Tom Homan chasing migrants with different skin colors near the Rio Grande river on the Mexican border. Another game, based on Tetris, is titled Build the Wall, with instructions to protect the border from the incoming crowd.

The third game involves collecting nets to open so-called Trump accounts, which are investment accounts with a US$1,000 deposit for children born in 2025-2028. The White House's X account posted a promotional video with the "Make America Great Again" logo, emphasizing the administration's focus on innovation and contrasting it with the Democrats' "dark socialist vision."

Rights groups have expressed strong disapproval of the gaming website, deeming it disrespectful to the migrants and highlighting the administration's apparent disregard for their well-being.
