Thomson Reuters took immediate action, involving external experts, notifying law enforcement, and securing the platform. As of now, there has been no operational disruption to C-Track, and affected customers have been informed. The company has set up a call center for inquiries in Toronto and confirmed that products and services remain fully operational and safe for use.
