Stelleo Tolda e Jean-Marc Etlin vão para o board da Endeavor Brasil

Endeavor Brasil has added Stelleo Tolda and Jean-Marc Etlin to its board, signaling a move to broaden the entity's reach beyond venture capital. Both Tolda and Etlin have been part of Endeavor's ecosystem in mentoring and ambassadorial roles, but now they will assume a more active decision-making role.

Eric Santos, founder of RD Station, is leaving the board after eight years, making way for the new additions. Endeavor Brasil's CEO and counsel, Maria Teresa Fornea, said the board's composition has shifted in recent years. Previously, it was formed by entrepreneurs, but now it includes a mix of Endeavor entrepreneurs and others. This new blend aims to provide a broader perspective and help understand Endeavor's impact beyond the ecosystem.

The board now consists of five Endeavor entrepreneurs - Cesar Carvalho (president), Sergio Furio, Mariana Dias, Tiago Dalvi, and Robson Privado - along with the two new members. Fornea highlighted that Tolda embodies one of Endeavor's core beliefs: inspiring entrepreneurs to aim higher. He brings a proven track record of ambition, currently in a phase of life where he strongly feels the need to give back.

Jean-Marc, on the other hand, broadens the outlook that high growth isn't solely limited to venture capital. Having worked for nearly a decade at CVC Capital Partners, where he was head of Latin America, chairman, and senior advisor, Jean-Marc will provide valuable insights into the physical economy. His experience spans key roles at Itaú BBA and he currently serves on the boards of SHV Holdings, Lhoist, and RenovaBR.
